On August 16th, 2001 at the age of 69 years at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital. Life long resident of Maidstone Township. Beloved wife and cherished best friend of Nicholas. Dearest mother of Mary Louise Bracey and husband Alan, of Eagle Lake, Ontario; Gayle Dale and husband Jim; Carol Villalta and husband Lou and Sandi Ruggaber, all of Tecumseh; Kathy Arpino and husband Tony, of River Canard; Teresa DeStefanis and husband Dan, of Leonard, Michigan.
Beloved grandmother of David, Nicole, Justin, Steven, Samantha, Andrew, Spencer, Ryan, and baby Bun (due September 12).
Beloved daughter of the late Emmet (1977) and Marjorie (1987) (nee McAuliffe) Quinlan. Beloved sister of the late Donald and the late Donna Quinlan; Irene and Stan Hewitt; Gerald and Louise Quinlan; Loretta and Lawrence Campeau; Julia and the late John Mullins; Elmer and Shirley Quinlan; Clifford and Evelyn Quinlan; Donna and Mike Zablocki; the late Mary Kay and Mike Strong; Bob and Betty Quinlan; Shirley and Tom Hunt; and Tom and Bonnie Quinlan. Cherished niece of Donaugh and the late Lawrence (Mike) Petersen. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Will be sadly missed by family and friends.
Ella Mae was a long time member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Catholic Womens League and the St. Vincent de Paul of St. Gregory the Great Parish.
Visitation Saturday and Sunday from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday August 20th, 2001 at 10 a.m. from the Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel 12105 Tecumseh Rd., Tecumseh (519-735-2830) to St. Gregory the Great Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Prayers Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Interment St. Anne Cemetery.
In kindness, memorial donations may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Hospice of Windsor, or the charity or your choice.
