Susan Whipple Sikes (12/13/1946 - 5/7/2011) was born at Georgia Baptist Hospital, Atlanta, GA. She attended Jim Cherry Elementary School. In high school, Susan attended The Westminister School, where she was "grateful that she got to read and study the Bible". Susan Sikes graduated from Oglethorpe University with a bachelor's in English. She taught at The Schenck School and was also a substitute teacher for the Atlanta Public Schools. Susan married Allen Sikes and had three children; Joseph, Micheal & Elizabeth.
Her oldest son, Joe Sikes and producer Jeremy Frank wrote and recorded this song, "All or None", in honor of Susan Sikes:

The memorial service for Susan Sikes will be held on Friday, May 27th, 2011 at 4:00pm, at First Presbyterian Church, 1328 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA.
