Phillip Dean White was born January 9, 1948 to Sherman H. White and Wanda Kay White in Salt Lake City, Utah. He served in the Navy for two tours of duty in the Vietnam War where he earned both a Purple Heart and a Silver Star. He is survived by his son Scott, father Sherman H. White, brothers Michael (Vickie), Gregory (Kathryn), S. Vaughn (Judy), sister Sharon Oliver (Ronald), two grand daughters Augustina and Janilynn and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his Mother Wanda Kay White. Though rarely said, you were loved and will be missed.
