Richard was born in Wilmington, NC to Eva Mae and Frank Harrell. He was the youngest of three children, Jerry Wayne (his brother) and June (sister). His life was rough and his goal was to become successful by the time he reached twenty one years of age. He got married a couple of times and as a result, had a son from each marriage. These boys, "Joey" and "Scotty" became his proudest accomplishments in his later life as they helped him with his business and took care of him. Richard was successful but he became a recluse and we had to find him in his house after he had been dead for a week. He's been gone over a year now and I still miss him so much. I love you Richard
Service Information:
The family had visitation at Coble's Funeral Home and they were comforted by many of Richard's friends. There was no service as he was cremated.
