Roland J Robillard, 78, a world war II veteran and resident of the Pawtucketville section of Lowell, died Monday July 26, at Saints Memorial Medical Center in Lowell. He was the Husband of Margaret(custor) Robillard.
He was born in Cambridge Massachuttes on August 25,1925, a son of the late Oliver E. and Albina (Macarthy) Robillard. He recieved his education in local schools.
Mr Robillard served in the Navy during World War II.
Prior to retiring, he was employed as a janitor and a security officer at Lowell manufacturer M/A-Com, and the former Microwave Corp in Burlington Mass. He was a communicant of St. Rita Church in Lowell.
Besides his wife, he survived by a son, Joseph H. Robillard of Nashua; a sister Anne Marie Lamarche and her husband Lucien of Dracut; four grandchildren; Crystal Brandy, Brandy Ann Perry,Joseph Perry and Sherry Robillard; and seven great-grandchildren, Shawn, Mikeala, Peter Joseph, Randy Earl, Thomas, Jennifer and Mariko.
Mr. Robillard was also the brother of the late Rita Vasquez, Helen Iskiyan and Doris Smith.
